Believing in that education has a key role in rebuilding Iraq, College of Applied medical science decided to invite consultancy house in medical education to assist in the process of qualifying a critical mass of Health Professions Educators through establishment of an academic professional Joint Diploma of Health Professions Education.

Suez Canal university was chosen by the administration of College of Applied Medical science as a partner for this program. Suez Canal University has a strong tradition in international and regional collaboration in the field of development of human resources working in the field of Health Professions education.
