1.Institutional Strategic Planning Project (ISPP): a part of the Higher Education Enhancement Project part 2 (HEEP2), (The project director). It aims at supporting higher education institutes to put in place a strategic plan.
2.Strategic Planning Unit (SPU): It was established in September 2006 as a 5-year national project in collaboration with Ford Foundation and UNESCO. Its goal is to manage and update the Egyptian Master plan (2007-2022), and conduct regional plans in higher education
